How long have you been in your role?
I started at Pure Ideas in April 2017
What attracted you to the profession?
I fancied a change. For almost 20 years I worked in estate agents. When I saw this job advertised it looked like the change I had been looking for.
What are you most passionate about in your role?
Each and every day is different and brings new challenges. I enjoy helping clients and sorting out any issues and problems they may have.
What advice would you give people looking to protect their IP?
Always speak with your attorney.
What does your team say about you?

What are your interests outside work?
I enjoy exercise, gardening, walking and holidays. My husband and I recently moved to a house after living in a flat for 14 years, so it’s nice to finally have a garden.
Tell us a fact that none of your work colleagues knows.
When I was about 17 or 18, I used to work for a company called Country Artists, as figurine decorator. I painted a range of different animal figurines, from mini pandas to large lions. All the figurines were limited edition for collectors. You can still find the figurines on eBay sometimes. So somewhere, somebody will have one with my signature on the bottom.
